meet Dr. Khuzeima Khanbhai
Dr. Khanbhai is interventional cardiologist at Jakaya Kikwete Cardiac Hospital (JKCI). He has expertise in all echocardiographic modalities and cardiac catherization procedures including coronary angiography and angioplasty, peripheral interventions device implantations.
He is involved in conducting research focused on addressing the care of acute coronary syndrome from multiple perspectives and has contributed several publications on the diagnosis and management of patients with acute coronary syndrome.
He mentors cardiology fellows, internal medicine residents, medical students, and undergraduate students working on projects in the coronary care unit.
